RoomsHere.com is FREE to consumers and does not charge Commission or Booking Fees.

All accommodation properties and Visitor Information Centres across Australia have been pre-listed on RoomsHere.com FREE of charge as a basic inactive listing.

Accommodation Businesses are invited to activate their listing by signing up to RoomsHere.com for a 30 Day FREE Trial period during which payment of Membership Fees is required to maintain the activated listing including calendar and all the property details.

Visitor Information Centres are invited to activate their listing FREE of charge, on condition that they support RoomsHere.com by advising of any inaccurate property listings and/or supporting the RoomsHere.com concept.

Booking / Travel Agents are invited to sign up to RoomsHere.com for a 30 Day FREE Trial period during which payment of Membership Fees is required to maintain access to the display of commissionable product and use of all tools and functions.

Schedule of Fees 

All Fees are payable 12 months in advance, include GST and are shown in AU$

Accommodation Business Foundation Membership Fee - 30 Days FREE Trial

ACCOMMODATION BUSINESSES SUBSCRIBING TO ROOMSHERE.COM IN THE EARLY STAGES OF ROLLOUT WILL BE LOCKED IN AS FOUNDATION MEMBERS WHICH WILL GUARANTEE INDEFINITE MEMBERSHIP FEES AT A 1/3 OF THE COST OF COMMERCIAL RATES

  • $132.00 per property per annum (includes one FREE Product Calendar)
  • $33.00 per additional Product Calendar

Accommodation Business Commercial Rates Membership Fee - 30 Days FREE Trial

COMMERCIAL RATES WILL COME INTO EFFECT WHEN ROOMSHERE.COM REACHES ITS TARGET OF 10,000 HITS PER MONTH

Visitor Information Centre Membership 

  • Membership for Visitor Information Centres will be FREE on condition that they advise RoomsHere.com of any inaccurate property listings and/or by supporting the RoomsHere.com concept

Booking / Travel Agent - 30 Days FREE Trial

  • $220.00 per annum

Setup Fees will not be charged during the Rollout stage

Setup Fees are a one-off Fee which at the discretion of RoomsHere.com may be charged for:

  • Setup of a new Property Account and Listing
  • Setup of a new Product Calendar
  • Setup of a new Booking/Travel Agent Account
  • Major Changes to listings which might require the assistance of RoomsHere.com technical support
  • Re-activation of listings which might have lapsed due to non payment within required payment terms

Terms and Conditions

All Terms & Conditions must be accepted in conjunction with the Disclaimer Statement.

By proceeding with the signup and setup routine which activates your account and / or listing on RoomsHere.com, you are agreeing that you are the official represetative, duly authorised to act on behalf of the Accommodation Business, Visitor Informaiton Centre or Booking / Travel Agency and that you agree to the following RoomsHere.com Terms and Conditions:

  • You will not use RoomsHere.com to undertake any unlawful activity or display any misleading, fraudulent statements, or obscene, threatening, indecent or defamatory material or material that is confidential.
  • That your listing and/or business details will be complete, and maintained at all times with accurate and up to date information of a nature that does not falsely advertise or mislead users.
  • The subscribed Accommodation Business, Visitor Information Centre or Booking / Travel Agency meets and maintains all legal obligations required to conduct the said business under its particular Local Government and State Government Legislation and Federal Government Legislation.
  • By indicating that your accommodation business, Visitor Information or Booking / Travel Agency is accredited, rated or affiliated with a group or chain, you declare that such accreditation, rating or membership is current.
  • As an accommodation business or agent acting on behalf of an accommodation business, you will immediately up date and maintain the accommodation calendar(s) to accurately display availability when bookings occur and if displaying tariffs agree to honour the tariffs as advertised on the site.
  • RoomsHere.com retains the right to deactivate listings and accounts if Membership Fees have not been paid by the specified date.
  • Roomshere.com reserves the right to increase fees at any time, which will come into effect at the time of annual renewal.
  • RoomsHere.com retains the right to change all Terms & Conditions at any time, in which case the new Terms & Conditions will take effect from the day they are published.

Cancellation Policy  

All Fees are required to be paid 12 months in advance, and under no circumstances will refunds by payable by RoomsHere.com.

RoomsHere.com reserves the right to remove any listing that appears to be unsuitable or does not comply with all the Terms & Conditions.

Fees due at the end of the 12 month period will be given 30 days grace for payment, after which the listing will be deactivated and may attract a Setup Fee for reactivation as per the Schedule of Fees.

Online Security

Protecting your financial information is of primary concern to RoomsHere.com.  No credit card or bank account information is made available to, or stored by RoomsHere.com.

All financial transactions conducted by credit card are performed by the National Australia Bank. The NAB employ industry standard SSL security to protect your information in transit.

BPAY transactions are conducted by you, directly with your financial institution, who inform RoomsHere of their success daily.  No personal information is made available to or stored by RoomsHere.com.
